You can attach outside documents to a form or bundle directly in the Quik! Form Viewer. This feature is useful for adding items like internal disclaimers, scanned IDs, or signed certificates. The attachments stay with the form through saving, printing, or e-signing.

Prerequisites

Form must be launched in the Quik! Form Viewer

Files must be under 3 MB

Supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF
Step-by-Step Instructions

Launch your form in the Quik! Form Viewer.

Locate the Attachments section.

Click the paperclip icon to open the attachments pop-up.

Click Browse to select a file from your computer.

Choose your file and click Add.

Your file appears in the Attachments section.

To remove an attachment, click the red circle icon next to the file name.
