You can connect your Advisors Assistant CRM to the Quik! App to prefill forms automatically with client data. This reduces manual entry and saves time during form completion. The integration supports Single Sign-On (SSO), providing a seamless and secure experience.
This guide is for users with active accounts in both Advisors Assistant and the Quik! App.

Active Quik! App account (sign up here)

Advisors Assistant installed and updated to Program Version .177 or higher

Pop-ups allowed in your browser for quikformsapp.com

Valid user credentials for both systems
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Check Your Advisors Assistant Version

Open your Advisors Assistant station.

Click Help, then About.
-
Confirm the Program Version is .177 or higher.

If needed, contact Advisors Assistant support at 800-643-4488 to update.
2. Enable Quik! in Advisors Assistant

Log into Advisors Assistant.

Go to File > User Preferences > Form Automation.

Select Quik! Forms, then click OK.
3. Launch Quik! from Advisors Assistant

From the left sidebar on the Advisors Assistant home screen, click Forms.

A new session of the Quik! Forms App will launch.

On the first launch, enter your Quik! App credentials.

Future launches will skip the login step.
✅ Your Advisors Assistant account is now connected to your Quik! App.
4. Use Quik! with Advisors Assistant Data
Once your client data is sent from Advisors Assistant, follow these steps in Quik!:

Choose Forms: Click the Choose Forms icon to select the forms you need.

Review Assigned Roles: Advisors Assistant auto-assigns client roles for you.

Review Forms: Go to the Finalize tab to check all form fields.

Launch Forms: Click Launch Forms to open and fill forms in a new window.

If fewer fields than expected are prefilled, check the Contact > Application Info section in Advisors Assistant to ensure the data is present.

Q: Why won't forms launch in Quik!?
A: Your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for quikformsapp.com to fix this.
Q: Why is client data not appearing in Quik!?
A: If you are logged into the Quik! App in another browser tab, data sync may fail. Log out of Quik!, refresh your CRM, then retry the sync.
