Overview
If a user forgets their password or gets locked out, they can reset it from the Quik! App login screen. Admins can also send a password reset email directly.
This article is for Quik! App Users and Admins managing users in their organization.

Prerequisites

Admin access to the Quik! App (for Admin-initiated resets)

The user must have a valid email on file
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. User-Initiated Password Reset
Users should try this first.

Go to quikformsapp.com.

On the login screen, click Can’t Log In? Click here.

Enter your Username, then click Send Login Link.

Check your email and click the secure reset link.

Create a new password and log in.
If the user still can't log in, proceed to the Admin steps below.
2. Admin-Initiated Password Reset
1. Log in and open Admin Settings

Go to quikformsapp.com and log in with Admin credentials.

Click the Settings Icon

Select Admin Settings.

Click Manage Users.
2. Find the user

Scroll or search to locate the user.

Click the Edit button next to their name.
3. Send password reset email

On the user’s profile, click Reset User’s Password.

The user will receive an email with a secure link.

They can follow the link to reset their password and log in.
📝 Helpful Tips

Confirm the user’s email is correct before sending the reset.

Ask users to check spam or junk folders if they don't see the email.

Reset links expire after a short period. If expired, resend the link.

Q: Should users contact an Admin before resetting their password?
A: No. Users should try the Can’t Log In? link first. It's faster in most cases.
Q: What if the Reset Password button is missing?
A: Make sure you're logged in as an Admin. If the issue continues, contact support@quikforms.com.
