The Quik! Vault allows users to store and manage their client records securely. Sometimes, you may need to update or remove a client record from your Vault. Here's how you can edit or delete a client record:
Editing a Client Record
From the Quik! App home screen, click on your Quik! Vault to access your contact records.
Step 1: Find the Client Record to Edit - Use the search bar or scroll through your Vault to find the client record you want to edit.
Step 2: Click on the Client Record - Click on the client name to open the record.
Step 3: Edit the Client's Information - Once you've opened the client record, click the EDIT button to change the client's information.
Step 4: Edit the Client's Information - Make the necessary changes, and then click the Save button to save the updated information.
Deleting a Client Record
From the Quik! App home screen, click on your Quik! Vault to access your contact records.
Step 1: Find the Client Record to Delete - Use the search bar or scroll through your Vault to find the client record you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the Client Record - Click on the client name to open the record.
Step 3: Delete the Client Record - Once you've opened the client record, click on the garbage icon next to the client name. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the record. Click DELETE to remove the record or CANCEL to keep the record.
Important Note: Once you delete a client record, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you really want to delete the record before clicking DELETE.

Important Notes:

Quik! App will keep client data as long as a user's account is active.
- If the Quik! App account is canceled, user data will be purged 30 days after the expiration date.
- Contact support@quikforms.com to remove all Client Vault records.
