Overview
If you log in to the Quik! App from another platform like Salesforce, Redtail, Advisor Assistant, or your firm’s internal portal, you’re likely using Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO allows you to launch the Quik! App without entering your username and password every time.
This article explains how SSO works for new users, what causes login issues after a password change, and how to get help when things don’t work as expected.
How SSO Works in the Quik! App
The first time you launch the Quik! App from your CRM or your Enterprise's Platform, you’ll be asked to sign in with your Quik! App credentials (username and password).
After that, your login will be remembered, and you’ll be signed in automatically when using the "Send to Quik!" button in your CRM.
✅ No need to re-enter your password. Just click and go.
Common Login Issue: “It Worked Before, Now I Get an Error”
This can happen if:
You’ve changed your Quik! App username or password after your first SSO login.
Your credentials no longer match what was saved when SSO was first set up.
- Or reusing account credentials.
When this happens, Quik! continues to try using your original credentials, which no longer work, resulting in an error.
What to Do If You See an SSO Login Error
If you’re getting a login error when logging into your Quik! app account from your CRM or Enterprise portal:
Step 1: Contact Quik! Support
Let us know if you need an SSO credential reset. Please include:
Your Customer Name or Customer ID
Your Email Address (used to log in)
A brief message that you're getting an SSO login error
The Quik! team will need to refresh your login so you can sign in again with your current credentials.
What Happens Next
We’ll clear your old login connection on the backend.
The next time you launch Quik!, you’ll be asked to log in again with your current username and password.
After that, SSO will remember your login and sign you in automatically, just as before.
This process typically takes 1-2 business days. We'll follow up with you when it's complete.
For Enterprise Admins
If your team uses SSO to access Quik! from your internal platform or CRM:
Be aware that users cannot reset their SSO credentials if their login breaks.
Direct users to contact Quik! Support, or submit a support ticket by emailing support@quikforms.com on their behalf.
Once their login is refreshed, users will go through the same easy re-login process.
