Overview
The Hide Empty Signers toggle lets you hide signer sections that have no assigned signer. This helps streamline the signing view and avoid confusion. The toggle is available on the Finalize step before you launch a form.
This setting only affects the signer view. It does not remove or change any data.

Prerequisites
You must reach the Finalize step in the form preparation process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
After choosing forms and adding people, you will land on the Finalize screen.
On the Finalize screen, click Advanced Launch Options.
In the modal that opens, find the toggle labeled Hide Empty Signers.
Turn the toggle on to hide signer roles that have no assigned signer.
Turn the toggle off to show all signer roles, even if unassigned.
Click Launch Form to proceed with your selected setting.
Note: The toggle state does not affect form data. It only changes the Prepare to Sign layout.
Troubleshooting
Toggle not visible?
Ensure you are on the Finalize step. The toggle is not available earlier.
Signers are missing in the Prepare to Sign window?
Check that you have not accidentally enabled the toggle when some signer roles are unassigned.
Changes not reflected in Sign View?
Re-check the toggle state before clicking Launch Form. The setting must be applied before launching.
